This is how is showed up at the door.
The box is neatly packed.
One of the first changes is to install a more compitent pilot... STEWIE!!
Kit's aren't jig built, so there are some inconsistencies. I think it'll be fine though.
The bottom of the right wing with the aileron opening cut out.
The aileron linkage all hooked up. They use a solid carbon fiber rod.
Getting the tailfeathers in place. The wings are on to assist with squaring the horizonal.
After many measurements, and rechecking, I've made the mark!
And once glued, I added the cap peice, and glued the vertical fin.
Some more "issues" is how the wing mounts. It's not quite flush. I think I can put some wing saddle foam in here and it'll be fine.
With the canopy reinstalled, and the voltwatch in place, Stewie is prepared.
It's starting to shape up.
One of the changes was to replace their supplied 10oz tank with this Sullivan 14oz tank.
Yup, she's getting closer!
The rudder servo and the pull pull cables. The servo is a futaba S3010 high torque servo.
Reasonably easy wheel pants
