From northbound 85, the exit ramp is straight,
while the southbound ramp is curved, this means that,
from either direction, you turn left onto US 321 North.
Follow US 321 North for 2 miles. Be on the lookout for
the NC 275 NC 279 West exit.
Note that this exit is under the overpass!Follow NC 279 West towards Cherryville for 6.5 miles.
Watch for a Rodeo sign, which is located at the intersection
of US 279 and Bess Town Road.
At the Rodeo sign, turn left onto Bess Town Road.
Follow Bess Town Road for 1.3 miles, until you come to a Stop Sign.
At this point, Bess Town Road turns to the left, and Abel Road is to
the right. Turn right onto Abel.
Go down the hill, and back up. Near the top of the hill,
on the right, you will see Pink's Auto.
Across from Pink's auto is the entrance to Brooks Field.
Turn left onto the gravel road leading to the field.
NOTE: Please be careful, as the road leading to the field is one lane,
so be on the lookout for other cars.
